Purpose:Keep Meaning Alive on Planet Earth.

Mission:

Systematically reinvent the culture of human work in the next 30 years. Avoid a future workforce of zombies, build a future of living communities.

Zombie noun [C] an invented creature that destroys everything it can, is animated only by the need to consume, and in most cases - once the initial disgust and shock at its appearance has worn off – is boring, slow and ubiquitous.

Living Communities noun [C] naturally emergent collective of humans who consciously and collaboratively create and heal, are animated by being of service, and in all cases are delightful when first encountered and over time only becomes more exciting, quick to adapt and full of unique surprises.

I am NOT Unfeasible.

Unfeasible is my brain child, but it was always planned to stand outside me and my limits. I think this is a truism for any vision for a large life - standing outside ourselves. The ancient greeks had a term for it: ecstacy. I’m ecstatic to be co-creating unfeasible results for individuals and collectives - and I am excited to meet the faces who will populate this ‘who’ page over the coming months and years.

I spent ten years working in learning and development exclusively as an associate with React: Acting for Business. With React I designed and delivered training for local authorities including Waltham Forest, Haringey and Brent (Customer Service; De-escalating Violence); the FCO, BBC and Sky (Interview and Selection; Unconscious Bias); Barclays, BP, Virgin Money and Mars (Coaching for Performance; Team Development; Presentation Skills) and worked for many other clients as a lead actor facilitator. I helped React recruit their associate teams across the USA, in India and in South Africa – as well as across the UK. I was chief creative, proposal designer and account manager for React’s largest ever project: training 55,000 staff at The Co-op Group in just 6 months, in cohorts of 15-30 participants.

As a theatre maker, notable work includes my co-adaptation of Ian McEwan’s The Cement Garden starring 1917 lead actor George MacKay; the ‘lost’ John Osborne play Personal Enemy which transferred from London to New York; and The Vanishing Man made with Director/Magician Simon Evans, which told the story of the greatest magic trick ever performed - in which I vanished and reappeared several times.
