Movement.

Become part of a movement.

  • Exercise.

Our bodies are not simply vehicles to move our minds to the next meeting. Our bodies and mind are not separate. We cannot expect to have sharp minds without giving our bodies the opportunity to move. No matter what your body looks like, it matters that it moves. This course is interested in developing a LOVE of our body, however much the media, others’ unkindnesses or our own hang-ups might try to convince us to HATE it. We help you find the movement that will make your heart (and everything else) sing.

  • Body Language.

When we move our bodies, we also move other people’s minds. How we hold our bodies influences how we feel about ourselves, the situation around us, and everything we’re doing. Learn to listen to your body as a extremely sensitive node to important data you need to be conscious of, and start letting your body show the world the real ‘you’, not the one that has learnt to be small, or learned to take up more space than you need. Our bodies are sacred, and funny and beautiful in their weirdness. They’re our best form of communication with the world. Use yours well.

  • Flock it.

Moving together with others is something modern workplaces rarely facilitate. But we are, essentially, herd animals. And when we have fun moving together, we are able to peek behind the professional masks we wear and start to feel genuine connection to a team. We help you create regular practices that unite the full selves of the people you spend most of your time with. Most people these days are completely disconnected from their bodies, creating regular collective movement practice, will help you stand out amongst the crowd.

  • Body Therapy.

Maybe your body doesn’t move as well as you’d like it to. We open you up to the transformative power of body therapy to get your moving and in flow so that you can achieve a full-bodied approach to life.

  • Walk the Walk.

Mindful walking individually and in small groups can open up a vast array of opportunities to connect with self, other and nature. We are not meant to be static, but to walk the earth.

  • Truly Moved.

Motion and E-motion have the same root.: the Proto-Indo-European word, “meue” meaning ‘to push away’. When we are stuck behind our screens all day, then our emotions are likely to become flat and boxed in too. And so we struggle to push ourselves away, to take off on the journeys we really really want to take. Learn how to unlock the tremendous energy behind your Emotional Intelligence.
